The Procurement demo illustrates how QlikView can be used to analyze an organization’s spending and supplier contracts. Users can:
• View what spending is managed by procurement and what spending is not.
• See how much is being spent and if payments are being made on time.
• Understand with which supplier(s) they are doing most of their spending and view this by country, entity or category.
From a contract perspective, the organization can see all the supplier contracts that are in place and monitor key dates such as reminder dates or terminate/prolong dates when an action can be taken. Users can also see how complete contracts are and how the organization is doing with regards to contract coverage.
